Dr. Claudio Pusceddu was born in 1958 in Villanovaforru (Cagliari), is married and has two children. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Cagliari, he then obtained a specialization in Diagnostic Radiology and Imaging Science (1994) and in Medical Oncology (2001) at the same university.
From 1991 to 2023, he worked at the Department of Radio-Oncology of the oncology hospital “A. Businco” in Cagliari, gaining excellent experience in some oncological interventional radiology methods useful in the treatment of tumors.
In the last 5 years, he was Director of the SSD radiology oncology and interventional until June 2023, the end of his relationship. Since July 2023, he has been a consultant for interventional oncology at the Mater Olbia Hospital (Olbia – Northern Sardinia). Since June 2024, he has been accredited for oncological interventional radiology at the UPMC Salvator Mundi International hospital in Rome. He is an accredited radiologist in Spain and for about 2 years he has held the role of Consultant for interventional oncology at the Hospital del Mar in Barcelona.
